How Acuvail Works
Acuvail ophthalmic solution is used to reduce swelling, pain, burning and stinging after cataract surgery. The active ingredient in Acuvail is Ketorolac; it belongs to a group of medications known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Acuvail works by reducing hormones from being released in the body that cause swelling and pain. Acuvail may be prescribed for other purpose other than relief after cataracts surgery.

Acuvail Possible Side Effects
Unfortunately, almost all medications and drugs have the potential to cause some unwanted side effects in the patients who utilize them, but fortunately, the following side effects may not be experienced by everyone who uses Acuvail.
