Fludara Information
Fludara is a chemotherapy drug that is given as a treatment for some types of cancer. It is most commonly used to treat a type of leukaemia known as chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. FLUDARA® is used for the treatment of patients with alkylating-agent–refractory B-cell CLL. Doctors prescribe it for patients when their Chronic lymphocytic luekemia has not responded to alkylating agents.

Fludara Directions
Fludarabine may be given: • by injection into a vein (intravenously) through a fine tube (cannula) inserted into the vein • through a central line which is inserted under the skin into a vein near the collarbone, or into a PICC line which is inserted into a vein in the crook of the arm • as a drip (infusion) into the vein through a cannula • as tablets swallowed with plenty of water.
