It may also potentiate the effects of alcohol and CNS depressants (such as sleeping tablets, antidepressants, and antianxiety medications). Use cautiously with these drugs and do not take with alcohol. Also use cautiously if you have any of the following medical conditions: diabetes mellitus, heart disease, high blood pressure, seizure, kidney or liver disorder. Patients with dementia-related disorders treated with atypical antipsychotics such as Olanzapine Zydis, are at risk of sudden heart attack; Olanzapine Zydis is not indicated for this indication.
